• Missing ingredient: The ingredient name and the gram-per-cup weight with a source (King Arthur Baking, USDA, or similar authoritative reference).
• General feedback: Whatever you like.

Corrections

If you've found an error in our ingredient weights or calculator math, please include the specific value, what you believe the correct value is, and the source. We take corrections seriously and respond within 5 business days. See our editorial policy for details.
